FAQ's

Admissions are in progress for the academic year 2016-2017.

City Prep School is open for admissions to Nursery, Junior Kindergarten, Senior Kindergarten and City International School to classes from Std I onwards. The admission of the student is subject to the availability of seats and as per the criteria laid down by the School.

Those parents seeking admission can contact the School office between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on any working day.

AGE CRITERIA

Playgroup	2 + years by July 31st of the Academic year
Nursery	3 + years by July 31st of the Academic year
Junior KG	3 years 8 months + years by July 31st of the Academic year
Senior KG	4 years 6 months + by July 31st of the Academic year
Class I	5 years 6 months + by July 31st of the Academic year
2ndI Onwards	Only on the basis of the School Leaving Certificate of the previous school

ADMISSION PROCESS:

▪	Obtaining & submitting the duly completed Application for Admission form, Health form along with xerox copies of relevant documents.
▪	Assessment of the Admission Form
▪	Random Selection Process through Draw of lots subject to availability
▪	Paying of the fees as stipulated and submitting the required documents in original.

DOCUMENTS:

▪	Original / Notarized Birth Certificate of the students as issued by the Statutory Authorities, Nursery, Junior, Senior Kindergarten & Std. I.
▪	Original School Leaving certificate / Transfer certificate from the recognised School, for Admission to Std. 2 onwards.
▪	Photocopy of the Progress / Report Card of the previous Schooling year.
▪	Four Passport size colour photographs of the child.
▪	Heath Information Form (on the accompanying form) given by the School.
▪	Passport copy
